FAQ
Everything you need to know
It depends on where you're stuck.
- Start with Positioning & Messaging if your website, sales pitch, LinkedIn, and marketing all tell slightly different stories.
- Choose Content & LinkedIn Growth if your positioning is already clear, but you're not consistently creating content that builds awareness and brings the right people to you.
- Choose Full-Stack B2B Marketing if you need someone to own the bigger picture: positioning, content, outbound, team coordination, and marketing execution.
You work directly with George (me).
- I'm involved in the strategy, messaging, copy, content, and execution.
- Depending on the engagement, I'll also work directly with your internal team and external specialists.
- I've spent 8+ years in B2B marketing, worked on 50+ campaigns, and helped generate $3M+ in client revenue.
- I'm in your Slack anytime.
- Positioning & Messaging typically takes around 3 weeks to complete.
- Content & LinkedIn Growth and Full-Stack B2B Marketing take longer because we're building consistency and momentum.
- I recommend giving these engagements at least 60-90 days.
No long contracts.
- Positioning & Messaging is a one-time sprint.
- Content & LinkedIn Growth and Full-Stack B2B Marketing have a 3-month minimum engagement.
- After that, we continue if the work is valuable and we're both happy with the collaboration.
Yes. In fact, that's how many engagements naturally start. Positioning & Messaging gives us the foundation:
- Who you're trying to reach
- How you should position the company
- What message you should lead with
- How your homepage and core marketing should communicate it - from there, content, LinkedIn, outbound, and other growth activities become much easier to build.
I'll look at your current marketing, identify where the biggest problem is, and we'll decide together whether Positioning, Content, or Full-Stack Marketing makes the most sense.
By the end of the sprint, you'll have a clearer positioning strategy and the core assets needed to put it into the market. Depending on the project, deliverables include:
- Buyer and market research
- Competitor analysis
- ICP scoring and research
- Two positioning directions to evaluate
- An 8-slide positioning strategy memo
- Core messaging assets, including headlines, subheads, company narrative, and vision
- Homepage copy
- Homepage wireframes and a design brief in Figma
- Sales deck wireframes
- A 2-pager
- A GTM activation plan
The core sprint takes around 3 weeks, with a 4th week available if revisions need extra time to finalize the work. Here's how it typically works:
- Before we start: you'll complete a short pre-work questionnaire, which usually takes around 20 minutes, and share materials like your product demo, sales calls, and existing messaging.
- Week 1: workshops 1 and 2 — I review your website, market, competitors, and sales conversations, and we explore positioning directions together.
- Week 2: workshop 3 — you review the positioning strategy memo, covering the core narrative, problem framing, value proposition, and differentiation.
- Week 3: workshop 4 — you receive and review the homepage copy, homepage wireframes, core messaging assets, sales deck wireframes, and GTM activation plan.
- Week 4, if needed: I review feedback and make final updates.
I create the homepage wireframe and design brief in Figma.
- The wireframes are intentionally simple and usually black and white - their job is to show the structure, hierarchy, messaging, and content flow.
- Your designer can then turn that into the final visual design.
- The copy itself is production-ready.
Yes.
- I can collaborate with your designer during implementation to make sure the messaging and wireframes translate correctly to the live website. This is included as part of the engagement.
The sprint focuses on one positioning strategy and one core webpage, usually the company homepage. You can also add additional pages for specific customer segments, scoped separately:
- Industry pages
- Persona-based pages
- Use-case pages
- Pages such as About, Pricing, Blog, or Product pages are available at $399 per page.
Positioning doesn't have one simple KPI.
- The goal is to create a clearer foundation for everything that comes after it: your website, sales conversations, content, outbound, and broader marketing strategy.
- Changing your positioning may mean changing the audience you're attracting.
- if you previously spoke mainly to technical users and reposition toward CEOs, your existing traffic may no longer be the right audience, which can temporarily affect conversion metrics.
- The real test is whether the new positioning helps you attract and convert more of the right people.
- Positioning is a long-term decision, and it works best when your marketing and sales activities consistently mimic it.
My pricing is transparent and available on the website ($2,400). There are no hidden fees.
I recommend involving:
- A founder or senior decision-maker
- One or two subject matter experts who understand the product
- People who know your customers and go-to-market strategy well.
- You don't need to bring a large team, and workshops can also be recorded on request.

- HRTech
- Software and IT services
- EdTech
- AgrTech

- That said, I don't pretend to know your industry better than you do. You bring the deep subject matter expertise, I bring the positioning, messaging, marketing, and research process, and we combine both throughout the project.
The pre-work is straightforward. You'll typically need to:
- Complete an intake questionnaire
- Complete a copywriting questionnaire
- Give me a product demo
- Share a recording of a sales call

People increasingly discover companies and answers through AI-powered search experiences.
- That means your content should not only be useful for traditional search engines.
- It should also be structured around clear questions, topics, comparisons, and useful information that can support visibility in AI-driven search experiences.
- I create content with that in mind, including comparison pages, educational content, and listicles.
Yes.
